Troy J. Webber  

Troy J. Webber is a Jacksonville criminal defense attorney and a managing member of Hussein & Webber, P.L.  Mr. Webber graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and holds a master’s degree from the University of North Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude.  

Prior to forming Hussein & Webber, P.L., Mr. Webber served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.  There, he gained experience writing criminal appellate briefs for Federal prosecutors and assisted in the preparation of complex criminal and civil cases. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Webber hired on with the Office of the Public Defender for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.  As a criminal defense attorney in the public sector, he handled thousands of criminal cases in a wide variety of criminal offense areas.  His practice as a criminal defense lawyer included dozens of criminal trials and numerous circuit court criminal appeals.   

In his civil practice, Mr. Webber has litigated against well-known multi-billion dollar corporations, handling complex cases involving insurance disputes, tort claims, unlawful debt collection activities, deceptive trade practices, and contract disputes.

Troy Webber is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Sarah S. Hussein is a Jacksonville attorney and managing member of Hussein & Webber, P.L. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hussein served as in-house claims counsel for Fidelity National Financial, located in Jacksonville, FL.  As corporate counsel, she handled thousands of title insurance claims and resolved complex property law issues for homeowners and major financial institutions.  She has additional experience serving clients in the areas of family law, Immigration Law, and contract law.  Sarah Hussein is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
