MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

Hussein & Webber, PL, Attorneys for Defendant in the above-captioned case, request that this Court enter an Order permitting the Attorneys to withdraw from the case and from further representation of Defendant. As grounds for this Motion, the undersigned states as follows:

2. Defendant and Hussein & Webber, PL have had irreconcilable differences.
