MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
Hussein & Webber, PL, Attorneys for Defendant in the above-captioned case, request
that this Court enter an Order permitting the Attorneys to withdraw from the case
and from further representation of Defendant. As grounds for this Motion, the undersigned
states as follows:
1. On or about XXXXX XX, 20XX, Defendant retained Hussein & Webber, PL to represent
Defendant on the charge of XXXXXX.
2. Defendant and Hussein & Webber, PL have had irreconcilable differences.
WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel respectfully requests this Honorable Court grant
