ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF RELEASE CONDITIONS
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Modification of Release Conditions, filed on January 10, 2019. The Court, having been fully advised in the premises, and being advised at hearing on January 25, 2019 that the State of Florida has no objection to the request contained therein, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED. The Court’s No Victim Contact Order, entered on December 25, 2018, is hereby modified to No Violent Contact. Defendant may furthermore return to the marital residence, subject to the conditions stated herein.
2. All other conditions of release not inconsistent with this Order shall remain in effect unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
