ORDER ON JOINT STIPULATION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on a Joint Stipulation for Substitution of Counsel, and the Court having been duly advised in the premises, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that attorney Troy J. Webber shall be substituted in place of Former Attorney as counsel of record for Defendant, and that Former Attorney and the Office of the Public Defender shall be relieved from representation and have no further responsibilities herein.
